Create a promo code for passes

Create the offer from the collection whose passes you want to discount. An event-ticket promotion and a collection promotion apply to different purchases. You need permission to manage the collection's promotions.

Set up the code​

  1. Open the collection and select Promos.
  2. Select Create Promo on an empty list. If offers already exist, select Add Promo, then Create new promo.
  3. Enter Name (visible to customers), such as “Community Access Pass.”
  4. Choose the Discount type and enter its amount. For example, Fixed per Order with Discount amount ($) of 60.00 gives an eligible booking a $60 discount; it is not a separate $60 discount for every pass.
  5. Enter Shared promo code and any Max redemptions per code limit.
  6. Select Create Promo.
  7. In Edit Promo, check the collection target and saved offer details. Select Inactive to make the promotion Active when ready.

Do not distribute the code until you have checked which collection it targets, what it discounts, and its limits. For example, a $60 code can cover one $60 pass when the booking has no additional amount due.

Find and review the offer later​

Use the Promos search and status filter to find your offer. Search and the selected status remain when you reload. Select the offer's name to open its details.

Use promo retirement controls when you need to pause an offer or stop new redemptions.

Check the customer journey​

From the collection's public page, select Configure Passes, choose a pass and quantity, and continue to checkout. Apply the code and check its offer name, discount, and final total.

For a flex pass booked with no amount due, the customer confirms the order and receives an unused pass in My Wallet. They then choose eligible event times using the pass credits. See Book a pass using a promo code for Flex passes, or apply a Series Pass promo code.

If the code is unavailable or the discount differs from what you intended, check the active status, target, dates, and redemption limits before sharing it. Contact support with the collection and offer name if needed.
