Contact Eventyr support​

For help with your Eventyr account, signing in, or using Eventyr, email support@eventyr.io.

Eventyr support cannot provide support for events managed by organizers. If your issue concerns a particular event, booking, or refund, contact the event organizer.

If the link does not open your email app, copy the address into a new email.

Contact your event organizer​

For questions about an event, a booking, or refunds, use the organizer's contact information in your confirmation or on the event page. On the organizer's event catalog, select Contact Us to email them.

Help us understand the issue​

Include:

  • The event or organization name.
  • Your order reference, if the issue involves a purchase.
  • What you were trying to do and what happened.
  • The exact error message and when it appeared, including your time zone.
  • The device and browser you were using.

Share screenshots only after removing passwords, payment details, sign-in links, and ticket QR codes. Never send your password or a one-time sign-in code.

On an organizer's public site, select Back to Home to return to that organization's current event catalog. If you were opening a ticket or order, try finding it in your wallet.

In the organizer workspace, select Return to Dashboard. Check the active organization, then use the sidebar to find the record again. A missing page does not establish that a booking has been canceled.

If an organizer page cannot load​

An Unable to Load Page screen offers Try Again. If it still cannot load, select Return to Dashboard and open another record or use the sidebar. If the problem continues, include the page you were opening and the message shown when asking for help. Remove private access tokens before sharing a URL.
