Overview

Eventyr gives your organization a workspace for preparing events, selling tickets and passes, and helping customers before and after an event time. Your personal account identifies you; your organization holds the events, team, bookings, and settings you work with.

Start with the right organization

If you are joining an existing team, accept its invitation rather than creating a second organization for the same work. If you are setting up a new event business, create an organization and confirm its details. People who work with more than one organization can switch between them; check the selected organization before making changes.

Your role determines which settings and actions are available. A staff member may need an owner or administrator to complete setup or grant the right access.

Prepare to sell tickets

The Getting Started checklist separates required setup from event creation and optional features. Contact-email verification and payment setup are separate tasks: creating the organization does not complete them automatically.

Next, prepare a venue, create an event, and configure its event times, ticket availability, and prices. Reserved seating also needs a seat map. Pass collections are useful when you want to offer several event times together.

If a step is Blocked, read its prerequisites and complete the missing task. The setup checklist guide explains how to interpret those messages.

Move from setup to everyday work

Before launching, review the public listing and the choices customers will see. Invite colleagues with roles suited to their responsibilities. The dashboard then provides a starting point for ongoing work; you can customize its layout for the information you use most.

Setup is not a one-time substitute for checking each event. Review dates, availability, and purchase details whenever you prepare a new event time.
