Using multiple organizations

One account can belong to more than one organization. Switch to the correct organization before working with its events, orders, or settings. Your permissions can differ between organizations.

Switch from the account menu

  1. Open your user menu at the bottom of the sidebar. On a phone, open the sidebar first.
  2. Select Change Organization.
  3. Select the organization you want to use. The marked option is your current organization.
  4. Wait for the page to reload and check the organization name and its records.

Switching keeps you on the same area where possible. For example, switching while viewing Events loads the other organization's event list. It does not move events from one organization to another.

Use the organization chooser

If Eventyr shows the organization selection page after sign-in, select the organization's card to open its dashboard. Only organizations your account can access are listed.

If a team is missing, check that you signed in with the email they invited and accepted the invitation. Ask that team's administrator to check your membership if needed.

Create another organization

  1. In your user menu, select Change Organization, then Create Organization.
  2. Enter the new Organization Name and Subdomain, and review its other setup details.
  3. Review and accept the applicable organizer terms if you have authority to do so, then select Create Organization.
  4. Continue from the new organization's Getting Started page.

The new organization starts with its own event list. You can return to your existing organization through Change Organization.

See Create your organization for the contact-email and setup steps.

If a switch fails, contact support with the organization name and the message shown.
