Create your organization

An organizer account lets you sign in. Your organization is where you manage events, orders, and staff. Use the organization signup flow when you are setting up your own team.

If someone has invited you to an existing team, follow Join an event team instead.

Verify your account email​

  1. Open Eventyr's registration page.
  2. Enter Email Address and select Send verification code.
  3. Open the message sent to that address and enter its Verification code.
  4. When Complete Your Account appears, enter Full Name, Password, and Confirm Password.
  5. Select Continue.

Use an email address you can access and follow the password requirements shown in the form. Keep verification codes private.

Create the organization​

  1. On Create Your Organization, enter Organization Name.
  2. Choose Subdomain. Check the preview and availability message for the address customers will use.
  3. Review Organization Timezone and Default Currency.
  4. If the organization's contact address should differ from your account email, select Use a different contact email and enter Contact Email.
  5. Review the linked terms and privacy information. Accept the organizer terms only if you have authority to agree on behalf of the organization.
  6. Select Create Organization.

The organization opens on Getting Started. Creating it does not complete all event or payment setup.

Verify a separate contact email​

If you entered a different contact address, open its verification message and follow the link. Look for Contact email verified.

This address is separate from the email you use to sign in. For later changes, see Verify your organization contact email.

If you cannot finish signup​

Check that both password entries match, the required fields are filled in, and you have reviewed the terms. If the subdomain is taken, choose another available name.

If signup says beta access is limited, contact support about access. For other errors, include the step and exact message. Do not send your password or verification code.

If Eventyr later asks you to review updated terms, read the linked documents before accepting. An owner or administrator must accept required organizer terms on the organization’s behalf.
