Overview

Reports help you understand ticket sales, pass activity, and the event times behind those results. Start with the question you want to answer, then choose the reporting scope and period that match it. You need a role with reports access in the selected organization.

Match the report to the question

Event reports let you move from organization-wide ticket activity to one event and then an individual event time. Pass reports let you review collections and pass options. These views describe related activity, but ticket purchases and pass redemptions are different measures.

For example, a ticket bought this week for next month's event time can appear in this week's sales activity. The date of a sale and the date of attendance are not necessarily the same. Follow the event-sales guide or pass-report guide for the relevant view.

Read totals in context

Check the organization, date range, event or collection, and any filters before comparing figures. Read the descriptions of the summary cards: ticket counts, face value, gross, and net measure different things.

Drilling into a report changes the scope. Check the breadcrumb and date-range control again when moving from a broad overview to one event time or pass option. Do not assume two totals should match if their periods or scope differ.

Include older activity when needed

Archived records can be hidden by the current filter. Use Include archived when reviewing an event or collection that has left the active catalog. Archiving a listing does not remove its existing transaction records.

Review unfinished event time work

The unfinalized event times view helps identify event times that still need attention. Review the affected event time before completing its management workflow.

Reports show activity; they do not change the booking. Use Orders for customer corrections and Events for event time management.
