Review ticket sales
Open Reports to review ticket sales across your organization, then narrow the results to an event or one of its event times. You need a role with reports access in the organization.
Start with the overview
- Open Reports in the organizer workspace.
- In Overview, open the date-range control, initially 1 Month.
- Choose the period you want to review, such as 1 Week.
- Review Ticket sales activity and the summary cards below it.
The chart shows ticket transaction activity during the selected period. A ticket bought this week for a future event time can appear in this week's sales activity. Ticket sales and Pass redemptions are shown separately.
To include archived records, open Filters and select Include archived. Your selected range and archive filter carry through when you select Open Events from the overview.
Open an event and its event time
- Select Open Events.
- Find the event in the table. Review its ticket sales and the amounts across the row. On a phone, scroll the table sideways to see more columns.
- Select the event's name.
- Under Event times, find the event time you want to inspect.
- Select its date and time, or the arrow at the end of its row.
- Review Ticket sales activity and the summary cards for that event time.
Check the date-range control again when opening a detailed report; the available periods depend on that report's activity. The breadcrumb shows which event and event time you are viewing, and its links let you return to broader reports.
Find an archived event's sales
An archived event is hidden from the event list when Include archived is off. Turn it on under Filters, then select the event and open its event time report as above. Reloading keeps the selected filter. Turn the filter off again to return to the view that excludes archived events.
Archiving an event does not remove its existing ticket records. For the event management steps, see Archive and restore events.
When totals are different from what you expected
Check the organization, selected date range, archive filter, event, and event time before comparing figures. Read the description below each summary card: ticket counts, face value, gross, and net describe different measures.
If a figure still seems wrong, include the report, date range, affected event time, and a relevant order reference when contacting support. You can find the order and its receipt to provide the booking details.
