Update collection details
Keep a collection's description clear when its name or how you explain the offer changes. You need permission to manage collections; an organization owner can complete these steps.
Edit the overview
- Open Collections and choose the existing collection.
- Open Overview.
- Update Collection Name with the title customers should see.
- Update Short Description with a concise summary. The field allows up to 160 characters.
- Update Full Description with the details customers need to understand the offer, such as the eligible events and how to reserve an event time.
- Select Save and wait for Overview saved.
- Reload to check that your changes were saved.
For example, rename Cedar Grove Live to Cedar Grove Music and Makers, then explain that its three visits cover acoustic music, folk songs, and a songwriting workshop.
Check the public listing
Open the collection's existing public address. Check the new title and full description. Select Configure Passes, choose the pass type and option, and check that the offered credits and price are still correct.
Editing these descriptions keeps the existing collection address. It does not change the price or credits of passes already sold.
If the offer itself needs to change, update eligible events or pass options and pricing as appropriate. For artwork, see Change event and collection images.
To set a deadline for the public offer, see Set collection sales expiry.
For wording customers should review at checkout, save the collection's purchase terms.
If the old details still appear
Return to Overview, confirm the intended text, and save again if needed. Check that you opened the same collection's public address. If saved details still do not appear after reloading, contact support with the collection name and public link.
