Set collection sales expiry
Use Collection Expiry to set a deadline for offering a pass collection publicly. You need permission to manage the collection; an organization owner can complete these steps.
Save the deadline
- Open Collections, select the collection, and open Overview.
- Find Collection Expiry.
- Enter both the date and time. Check the time zone shown beside the fields.
- Select Save and wait for Overview saved.
- Reload and check the saved deadline.
For example, you might end a community pass offer at 6:30 PM on the final day of its sales period. Check the actual date and time zone before saving.
Check the public offer
For a published collection with a future expiry, its public page still offers Configure Passes. When the saved expiry is in the past, the public collection page shows Not Found and customers cannot start from that offer.
An expired collection can still be marked as published in the editor. Check Collection Expiry when a published offer is unexpectedly unavailable.
Changing this deadline does not rewrite passes already issued. For help with an existing customer's booking, see locate the customer's pass.
Extend an expired offer
Open Overview, replace Collection Expiry with the intended future date and time, and save. Reload the public collection address to check that Configure Passes is available again.
If the collection was also unpublished or archived, review and restore or publish it as needed. An expiry extension alone does not complete those separate actions.
If the offer remains unavailable, check its publication status, expiry, eligible events, and pass options. Include the collection name, public link, and displayed deadline when contacting support.
