Managing collection visibility

Use these actions to manage whether a pass collection is offered to new customers. You need permission to manage collections. Changes to the collection do not replace any customer refund or order-change process.

Stop offering a collection

  1. Open the collection's editor.
  2. Select Unpublish Collection. On a phone, open Page actions to find it.
  3. Wait for Collection unpublished.

The collection is now a draft, and its public offer is unavailable. Existing customers can still find their purchased pass in their wallet.

Archive a collection with sales history

  1. Open Collections and find the collection.
  2. Open its three-dot actions menu and select Archive.
  3. Wait for Collection archived.
  4. Use the status filter beside the search field to choose Archived.

The archived collection remains available in that filtered list. Its existing customer passes and payment records remain in place; archiving does not issue a refund.

Delete an unused draft

For a collection without sales history, the actions menu offers Delete instead of Archive. Select it and wait for Collection deleted. Use the Deleted status filter to find it again.

Restore and review before publishing

  1. In Collections, choose Archived or Deleted, matching the action you took. Check the search text if the collection does not appear.
  2. Open the collection's actions menu and select Restore.
  3. Open the restored collection. It returns as a draft.
  4. Review its descriptions, eligible events, pass options, and prices.
  5. Select Publish Collection when the setup is ready.
  6. Open the public collection and check that Configure Passes is available.

Restoring does not publish the collection automatically. If publication is unavailable, review the editor's requirements and complete the missing setup. See Create a Flex Pass collection and Managing pass options.

If a collection still seems missing, clear the search and check All Statuses, Archived, and Deleted. Contact support with its name and last known status if needed.
