Managing pass options

A collection's pass options define the credits and prices customers can buy. Use Pass Options & Pricing to maintain those offers. You need permission to manage the collection; an organization owner can complete these steps.

Change the price for future purchases​

  1. Open the collection's Pass Options & Pricing.
  2. Select the pass option.
  3. Update the price for each category and price tier you want to change.
  4. Select Save Pass Option and wait for Pass option saved.
  5. Reload the editor to check the saved prices.
  6. Open the published collection's Configure Passes flow and check the price shown for that option.

Changing an offer's price does not charge the difference to customers who already purchased it. For example, raising a three-visit offer from $60 to $72 leaves an existing $60 purchase and its pass in place.

Disable an option​

Open the option and select Enabled to switch it to Disabled. Wait for Pass option disabled. and check the saved state after reloading.

Eventyr blocks a change that would leave a published collection without a sellable pass option. If you are retiring the last available offer, select Unpublish Collection first; on a phone, find it under Page actions. Wait for Collection unpublished., then disable the option.

If the collection should remain on sale, review its other compatible offers instead of unpublishing it.

Archive an option you no longer offer​

  1. Return to the Pass Options list.
  2. Open the option's actions menu and select Archive.
  3. Wait for Pass option archived.
  4. Reload and look for the option under Archived.

Archiving the offer does not remove an existing customer's pass from their wallet. It also does not refund the original purchase. Handle any required customer order changes separately.

Restore an archived option​

Under Archived, select the restore control beside the option and wait for Pass option restored. Open it to review its prices and state.

An option that was disabled before archiving remains disabled after restoration. Select Disabled to enable it when ready, then reload to check Enabled. If you unpublished the collection earlier, restoring an option does not by itself publish the collection. Use Create a Flex Pass collection to review the publication steps.

If a change is blocked, include the collection name, option, and exact message when contacting support.
