Undo a credit change
You need permission to manage passes. First locate and open the customer's pass. Undoing a credit change is different from undoing a ticket booking: use this workflow for eligible changes to unused credits.
Undo an unused credit change
Some Credits granted or Credits released entries have an Undo button. Check the entry and its details carefully: selecting Undo applies the reversal immediately.
- Open Activity, select Credits, and locate the correct entry.
- Review View details, then close the details.
- Select Undo on that entry.
- Wait for Pass operation undone.
- Reload and check the pass's credit balance. The original entry no longer offers another Undo.
For example, undoing an unused two-credit grant on a three-credit pass restores three available credits. Undoing the release of one unused credit restores that credit. These changes do not refund or alter the original payment.
These steps concern unused credits. For a booked event time, see Restore a redeemed pass credit. Do not assume that reversing a credit change reinstates a released admission.
If Undo is rejected
Pass credits changed after this operation means the affected credits have changed since the entry was recorded. For example, some granted credits may already have been used to book tickets. The rejected Undo leaves those bookings and the remaining balance unchanged.
Review the current bookings and balance before choosing another action. If you need help correcting the outcome, include the pass reference, action, and exact message when contacting support.
