Review pass activity

A pass's Activity page records issuance, bookings, and credit changes. You need access to the pass.

Review the history

1. Locate and open the customer's pass.
2. Select Activity.
3. Use All, Lifecycle, Redemptions, Credits, or Refunds to narrow the activity list.
4. Check the time, action, and summary for the entry you need.
5. Select View details for more information. A staff credit change can show its internal note and who performed it.
