Sign out
Sign out when you have finished using Eventyr on a shared computer or phone. Save any work you want to keep first.
- Open the sidebar's user menu. On a phone, open the sidebar from the page header first.
- Select Log Out.
- Wait for the login page.
Your current browser session has ended. Reloading the page or opening a protected organizer page requires you to log in again.
Sign back in
Enter your Email Address and Password, then select Login. If you belong to more than one organization, check which organization you are working in.
If you cannot remember your password, request a password reset.
If sign-out fails
If Eventyr shows “Unable to sign out.”, check your connection and try Log Out again. Do not assume the session ended just because you closed a tab. If the problem continues, contact support with the message shown; never send your password.
Attendee wallet access has a separate Log Out control in the wallet.
