Review customer history

Use a customer profile to find their bookings and earlier support conversations before helping with a new request. You need access to customer records; Support History also requires support access.

Find their orders and passes

  1. Find and open the customer.
  2. Select Orders & Passes.
  3. Review the order reference, Owner profile, event or collection, total, and status. Select Open order to see a booking's details.
  4. Return to Orders & Passes and scroll to Passes. Check the collection, pass type, usage, and status. Select Open pass to inspect a pass.

The Usage column shows used visits against the pass's total, such as 0 / 3 used. On a phone, scroll the tables sideways to reach additional columns and the open buttons.

Find an earlier support conversation

Open Support History on the customer profile. Select the conversation's subject to open it in Support Inbox and read the messages. Its status and last-activity date help you identify the relevant conversation.

See Reply to customers in Support Inbox if the request needs a response or follow-up.

Filter the activity feed

  1. On the customer profile, select Activity.
  2. Choose Orders, Passes, Access, or Support to narrow the feed.
  3. Review the date, action, record, and details in each row.
  4. Select Open record beside an entry to open its order, pass, or conversation.
  5. Choose All to return to the combined feed.

No activity matches this filter yet. means that the chosen category has no entries to show. Switch to All or another category to continue reviewing the customer's history.

If the expected booking or conversation is missing, confirm the customer's name and email and check the original reference. Include those details and the tab you were viewing when contacting support.
