Group customers into households
Use Household to view related customer profiles together. You need permission to manage customer groups. Each person's bookings remain attached to their original customer profile; grouping them does not transfer order ownership.
Add a profile to a group
- Find and open a customer.
- Select Household.
- Under Manage grouped profiles, select Search another customer.
- Search for the other person's email or name. Check the matching profile and select it.
- Select Add to group.
Check the profile list to confirm both people appear. The Primary badge identifies the profile used as the group's main record. For example, Alex and Sam Morgan can appear together while keeping their separate bookings.
Change the primary profile
Find the other member beneath Manage grouped profiles and select Make primary. The page opens the new primary profile's household view. Check that Primary appears beside the intended person.
This changes the group's main profile. It does not make that person the owner of the other members' orders.
Remove a member
Find the member beneath Manage grouped profiles and select Remove from group. Check that the member leaves the group, then find their profile through Customers to view it separately.
The primary profile does not have a removal button. If it is the person who needs to leave, make another member primary first, then remove the former primary member.
If a change fails, reopen Household to check the current membership before trying again. Include the customer names and exact message when contacting support.
