Share access to an order

Use Manage Access when someone needs access to an order while the original customer remains its owner. An organization owner can complete these steps.

Add access

  1. Find and open the order.
  2. Select Manage Access.
  3. Check the customer marked Owner under Current access.
  4. Under Grant access, enter the other person's email address.
  5. Choose Viewer or Manager, then select Grant access.
  6. Confirm that the email and chosen role appear in the access list.

Viewer is the choice for someone who only needs to open and review the order. Manager grants broader order permissions. Choose the role that matches what the person needs; neither choice makes them the order owner.

The person must sign in with the email you granted access to when opening the order. Adding access does not send a transfer request or move the booking into their name.

Start from a pass

You can also open the customer's pass and select Access. Under Access & Ownership, use Grant access to add a person and Current access to review or remove them. Reopening the pass keeps the saved access list.

This tab manages access to the order that issued the pass. The same person and role appear in that order's Manage Access dialog. Removing a grant here also removes that person's access to the purchase through that grant.

For sharing an individual pass from a customer's wallet, see Share a pass.

Change a role

Open Manage Access again. Enter the same email under Grant access, choose the new role, and select Grant access. Check the person's row to confirm the change.

For example, change Manager to Viewer when someone still needs to review the order but no longer needs broader permissions.

Remove access

Find the person's email in Manage Access and select Remove on their row. On a narrow screen, scroll across the access list to reach the row's actions. The row disappears, and that person can no longer open the order through that grant. The original owner's access remains.

Check the email carefully before removing access. If the person still needs it, you can grant the appropriate role again.

If the person cannot open the order

Check that their email appears in the access list and that they have signed in using exactly that address. If access was removed, an old order link does not restore it. Review the request before granting access again.

If you cannot find Manage Access or a change fails, ask your organization administrator for help. Include the order reference and exact message when contacting support.
