Overview
Your wallet is where you find tickets and passes associated with your email on an organizer's site. It helps you prepare for an event and open the related booking when you need its details.
Tickets, passes, and orders
A ticket is admission to an event time. A pass can cover several eligible event times, either booked together or using credits redeemed later. An order records the purchase and can contain several tickets or passes.
For example, buying two tickets together creates one order reference but two admission tickets. Keep the order reference for questions about the purchase; use the individual tickets when preparing for admission.
Open the right wallet
Use the organizer's site and the email from your booking to access your wallet. Single Tickets contains admission tickets, while Passes contains passes. Items someone shared with you have a separate shared-access context; sharing access does not necessarily transfer ownership of the whole order.
If a booking is missing, check the organizer and email before assuming it has been canceled. Order-access troubleshooting explains the messages you may see.
Prepare for admission
Check the event date, time, venue, and any seat details before leaving for the event. You can display, download, or print tickets using the options available. Keep private ticket links and QR codes out of public posts and screenshots.
A visible order does not guarantee every ticket on it is currently usable. Read the ticket's status: a ticket may already be checked in, refunded, exchanged, or affected by a canceled event time.
Payments and booking changes
If the organizer made a booking with payment still due, they can send a link to pay its outstanding balance. Use that existing booking rather than buying the same tickets again.
For refunds, changes, or questions about the event, contact the organizer with the order reference and what you need. The organizer decides those requests under its policies; Eventyr support cannot make event-specific refund or change decisions on its behalf.
