Pay an outstanding balance
If an organizer has made a booking for you with payment still outstanding, they can send you a payment link. Use that link to pay for the existing order; you do not need to buy the same tickets again.
Open your payment link
- Open the payment link sent by the organizer.
- Check the organization name and order reference at the top of Pay balance.
- Review the event, ticket quantity, and Total due in the order summary. On a small screen, use Show details to expand the summary when available.
- If the booking or amount is wrong, contact the organizer before paying.
Treat the payment link as private. If it no longer works, ask the organizer for a fresh link. An unavailable link does not by itself mean that the booking has been canceled or the balance has been paid.
Enter payment details
Wait for the payment fields to appear. Enter the card number, expiration date, security code, and billing details requested by the form.

The example shows a demonstration store. Review the amount on your own booking before paying.
The button initially says Enter payment details. Once the required details are complete, review the amount shown on Pay and select it. Complete any additional verification requested by your bank, then wait for confirmation.
After paying
A successful payment shows Balance paid! and takes you to the order confirmation. Check the updated order before heading to the event. You can also find your tickets in your wallet.
If the order no longer has a balance due, use View Order to check it.
If payment is interrupted or you are unsure whether it succeeded, check the order and contact the organizer before attempting another payment. Provide the order reference and the message shown, but never send your full card number or security code.
