Understanding ticket statuses

If a ticket cannot be shown, printed, or added to a phone wallet, read the message beside that ticket. Check the event and scheduled date too: one unavailable ticket does not mean every ticket in your booking is affected.

What the message means

MessageWhat to do
This ticket has already been checked in.Ask the event's check-in staff if this is unexpected. Do not assume a second copy gives another admission.
This event has already ended.Check that you opened the correct event time. Find the upcoming ticket if you have more than one booking.
This event was canceled.Read the organizer's cancellation instructions and contact them about the affected booking.
This ticket was refunded.Open the order and check the organizer's confirmation about this ticket. Ask them if its status differs from the outcome you expected.
This ticket is no longer valid.Contact the organizer before trying to use the ticket.
This ticket has been exchanged or released.Find the replacement ticket if the organizer confirmed an exchange. If there is no replacement or the change is unexpected, contact them.
Wallet tickets are available after the order is complete.Check the order for an outstanding payment or another step that still needs completing. Ask the organizer if you believe it is already complete.
This ticket cannot be added to Wallet right now. Please contact support if you need help.Use the ticket in your Eventyr wallet if its QR or print actions remain available. Contact the organizer if you cannot access a usable ticket.

These explanations apply to the message actually shown on the ticket. A refund request, payment-link email, or saved ticket file alone does not establish its current admission status.

Find the right ticket

Open your wallet and locate the event. Check Single Tickets, Passes, or Shared, depending on how you obtained the booking. An exchanged booking may leave the earlier event time in its history; compare the date and seat before presenting a ticket.

For canceled tickets, see Find tickets after an event time is canceled. For sign-in or order-access errors, see Troubleshoot booking access.

Ask the organizer to check

Include the order reference, scheduled date, affected seat if any, and the exact message. Keep QR codes, private links, and payment details out of your message. Contact your event organizer for event-specific help.
