Buy tickets
Open the event on the organizer's site and choose the event time you want. Check the date, time, venue, and organizer's terms before selecting tickets.
Choose the right booking guide
- General admission events: choose ticket quantities and price tiers.
- Reserved-seating events: select available seats on a map, then review each seat and price tier.
- Book free tickets: use the same selection flow, then confirm a zero-total order without payment details.
If the organizer gives you a reserved-seat access code, follow Using access codes. An access code unlocks eligible seats; a promo code changes the checkout price.
Finish the booking
Review the tickets, enter your contact details, apply any eligible promo code, and check the final total. Complete checkout and wait for confirmation. Tickets in a selection or an unfinished checkout are not a confirmed booking.
Use the purchase email to access your wallet. If checkout is interrupted, check whether the booking completed before trying again.
